This pack comes with two removable leg straps, internal pockets, an equipment pouch that pulls out, and an optional shoulder strap. It can be worn on either thigh, carried by an external handle, or slung over the shoulder. The internal compartments of the ALS Leg Pack allow greater versatility for those looking to configure this pack for advanced life support applications. The removable pouch that comes with this kit is the same container as our Immediate Response Kit (contents not included). We are including the IR bag inside the ALS kit to allow the user to pack a variety of supplies and equipment inside of a pull out bag. This will provide the user more flexibility while using the ALS Pack. The larger size of this pack allows you to carry airway equipment, an I.V., and trauma dressings.
