Remote Medical International is composed of three divisions: Training and Consulting, Equipment and Supply and Medical and Rescue Support making us a single-source for all of your remote medical and rescue needs. Our clients can be assured that they are interacting with experienced providers wou use the gear, training, and systems that we provide.
Training and Consulting From Wilderness First Aid to courses for Advanced Life Support providers, Remote Medical International has trained some of the most elite providers in all corners of the world, from military special operations, offshore scuba expeditions, Everest mountain guides, and weekend hikers. Our curicula is evidence-based, approved by our medical advisory board and meets applicable national standards and guidelines. We focus on realistic, hands-on practice course taught only by experienced instructors.
Our consulting division provides risk management consulting for organizations who operate in remote environments. Our projects have ranged from implementing medical protocols for outdoor education organizations to developing comprehensive solutions for companies that operate in high-risk countries.
Equipment and Supply: Remote Medical International is an authorized distributor for more than 65 trusted manufacturers. We carry thousands of exceptional products appropriate for use in remote medical care and rescue, and we stand behind every product we sell with knowledge and service that is second to none. We are a single source provider for everything from gauze pads to intraosseous injection guns, from carabiners to litters, and everything else a medical or rescue professional working in remote environments demands. Medical and Rescue Support: Remote Medical International provides direct medical and rescue support to a variety of events, adventure races, remote movie sets, offshore vessels, and more. With Wilderness EMTs, Paramedics, Flight Nurses and ER Physicians all cross-trained in Wilderness Medicine and remote rescue, Remote Medical International is one of the most highly trained and capable civilian support teams in the world. |
