How do I become an instructor for RMI?

Becoming an instructor is an in-depth process. Typically, RMI holds an annual instructor selection course, which we invite candidates to after an initial interview. If you are selected to become an instructor following this process, there is a minimum availability requirement of 45 days/year, which can be at locations all over the world.

RMI does not currently offer a "model training" where RMI trains instructors who then go on to teach at their own organization or team.
