4x4 Mobile Treatment Centers
A Mobile Treatment Center (MTC) is a four-wheel drive clinic that allows our medical staff to provide treatment in remote environments that are not conducive to a standard ambulance. In addition to a treatment area and storage and handwashing facilities, the MTC comes equipped with first aid supplies and emergency response equipment including an automated external defibrillator, trauma management equipment, and a backboard and litter for patient transport. The MTC enables workers to return to the job without significant lost time and is capable of short transport if the need for evacuation arises.
