A cousin to the popular Iron Duck Ultra-Loc backboard, the Ultra Space-Sav has all the same distinct advantages and is compatible with all standard head immobilizers. Plus, this board has the added benefit of folding, so it takes up half the space of standard backboards. Great for use in Paramedic Response Vehicles, Chief Officers Vehicles, or any other location where storage space is limited. A optional backpack carry case provides enough extra storage for cervical collars, straps and blankets.
