This product was designed and engineered by Emergency Medical Technicians and Emergency Physicians from across the United States. The Iron Duck design team has over 200 years of combined experience in all aspects of emergency care. Their goal was to design a backboard that would increase crew safety, improve patient care, and meet the needs of physicians and radiology. The design team used their field experiences and clinical "wishes" with their manufacturing excellence to design the safest, strongest, and absolutely 100 % x-ray translucent backboard ever built. Oversized Hand Holds measure 2" x 6" for gloved hands. 600 Pound Weight Capacity. Available with or without pins.
