Remote Medical International is an employee owned corporation in Washington State. All owners are active in day to day company operations.

Remote Medical International staff members are committed to being a leader in the field of remote medicine rescue. Toward that end, we are active in the local community, regularly participate in humanitarian work, and encourage our clients to do the same. Below are some of our most recent activities:
 - Remote Medical International recently completed a project with NASA working with physicians to support field care in remote areas..more to come. October 2005
- Remote Medical joined LunaBar, members of the Adventure Racing Community and others volunteering at The Golden Eaglet Adventure Race hosted by Girl Scouts Totem Council. The event provided young women ages 13-17 an introduction to adventure racing. September 2005
- Remote Medical International instructors and our CEO participated in Hurricanes Katrina and Rita as Paramedics and Nurses with FEMA, working at the Superdome and New Orleans Airport field hospitals and coordinating air evacuations. September 2005
- Remote Medical International medical support staff volunteered to cover the Mountain Bike Challenge for Multiple Sclerosis, providing medical coverage for several hundred mountain-bikers of walkers who raised money for the MS Society. June 2005
- Remote Medical International medical support staff volunteered to cover all of the regional Walks for Multiple Sclerosis, providing medical coverage for thousands of walkers who raised millions of dollars for the MS Society. March 2005
