About our Ratings & Reviews

Why do we have reviews? One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Remote Medical International is the knowledge gained through conversations with our clients, and the community created by our collective passion for remote medical care and rescue. We thought that this would be the best way to collect and distribute the great expertise and opinions from both our customers and staff.

Can I see all the reviews in a single place? Yes, please click here to see all the reviews of our products.

How are reviews moderated? We believe that reviews, good or bad, assist our customers in finding the right solution for their challenge. All our reviews are moderated for malicious and/or inappropriate content confidentially by a third party.

Why do you have to login? Logging into you account ensures that reviews are legitimate. Once you log in, you can create your own username which allows you to be identified (by your chosen username). This also allows us to assign badges such as "staff", "expert", or "Top 25 Reviewer".

How do you know which reviews are done by RMI staff? Easy, all of our staff have a "reviewer badge" attached to their reviews. This badge allows users to see which reviews we did on our own products.

Petzl Twin Prusik Minding Pulley
"Been doing rope rescue for over 10 years, and this peice of gear has been on virtually every one. In the fire departments we train, mountain rescue teams, etc.. the Petzl Twin is a standard piece of gear - hence the long life of the product with very few changes over the years."
King LT-D Airway Device
"I came from a service that was dependant on the Combitube. I had the privilage of using the King airway on 4 occassions and it worked extremely well each time. One case was a severe trauma to the face, making endotracheal intubation impossible. The King airway worked better than advertised. I had an excellent airway for the duration of the call."
