Remote Medical ACCESS™ provides direct medical support from Board Certified Emergency and Specialty Physicians twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. All incoming calls are answered by a communication specialist and connected directly to physicians experienced in providing support to clients in remote and austere environments.

Support During a Medical Emergency
Should a medical emergency occur, subscribers and their groups have direct access to a dedicated Emergency Physician specializing in remote and tele-medical care. U.S.-based Emergency Physicians will assess and monitor your medical condition, provide physician consultation and direct treatment as needed. A dedicated caseworker in our call center will provide you with a single point of contact to organize the effort, and will remain on the line as you are patched through to the ER. Your caseworker will see your care through from start to finish, and direct coordination of resources including clinics, hospitals, caregivers and ambulances.

Non-Emergent Support
Remote Medical ACCESS™ is also valuable for consultation and non-emergent medical issues. Subscribers use Remote Medical ACCESS™ to get professional assessments, help direct preventative measures, and get second opinions when abroad.

Once you subscribe, you and your team will receive a communication manual, membership cards, and plaques printed with your Member ID and call-in number. In the event of a medical emergency, our physicians are just a call away. ACCESS™ can be reached via phone, fax, email, or telex.
