Remote Medical ACCESS™ provides direct medical support from Board Certified Emergency and Specialty Physicians twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

All incoming calls are answered by a communication specialist and connected directly to physicians experienced in providing support to clients in remote and austere environments.

Our team mobilizes at your command. Should a medical emergency occur, subscribers and their groups have direct access to a dedicated U.S.-based Emergency Physician specializing in remote and tele-medical care. A dedicated caseworker in our call center will provide you with a single point of contact to organize the effort, and will remain on the line as you are patched through to the ER. Your caseworker will see your care through from start to finish, and direct coordination of resources including clinics, hospitals, caregivers and ambulances.

Emergency Physicians based out of a U.S. trauma center will:

• Assess and monitor your medical condition
• Provide emergency consultation and advice
• Walk you through step-by-step treatment
• Coordinate evacuation if necessary
