Kevin Barber, Board of Directors

Kevin Barber is a Managing Director at Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle-based alternative investment management firm. At Columbia Pacific Advisors, Mr. Barber manages Union Bay Capital Partners, LLC, a fund dedicated to providing growth capital to expansion stage technology, healthcare, and business services companies.

Prior to his current role, Kevin was a Senior Vice President in Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences practice, where he provided acquisition and growth capital financing for technology companies throughout the western United States. Earlier in his career, he also served as a General Partner at Northwest Venture Associates, a venture capital firm focused on growth capital investments in the Pacific Northwest. Kevin is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Talyst, in addition to serving as a board observer at Next IT, BlueBox Group, POW, and Miox.

Bill Davis, Board of Directors

Bill Davis is the CEO of Pacific Rim Constructors (PRC), which provides onsite construction, catering, and service solutions to large oil, gas, and mining companies around the world.

Bill spent the early part of his career overseas building and expanding Sodexo’s footprint in the Asia Pacific region before venturing out on his own in 2001. PRC has grown into a dynamic entity, providing solutions in nine countries for some of the world’s largest and most demanding clients. Mr. Davis brings value to RMI through his network in the oil, gas, and mining sectors and his experience operating in many difficult, emerging markets.

Marc Droppert, Board of Directors

Marc has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer focused on strategic negotiations, mergers, and acquisitions, and as a senior executive for a number of public and private companies.

His executive experience has been particularly focused on healthcare and other related services through companies such as Physio-Control Corporation, Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Mr. Droppert’s background also includes serving on the board of directors of a number of early stage and mature companies, as well as several non-profit organizations.


 

Nate McClemore, RMI Board of Directors

Nathan A. McLemore, Board of Directors

Nate McLemore is a Managing Director for Columbia Pacific Management and is responsible for the firm’s healthcare investments. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Mr. McLemore was a General Manager in Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group where he managed international sales, business development, M&A, professional services, policy, and compliance.

McLemore joined Microsoft from RelayHealth, where he served as Vice President of Business Development. Earlier in his career, he headed CFM’s federal lobbying practice, representing healthcare systems and technology companies before Congress and the Executive Branch. Nate has a BA in Political Science from Willamette University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
