Remote Medical International® provides on-site occupational medical staffing, medical screenings, and Mobile Treatment Centers designed to reduce recordable injuries, promote a healthy workforce, boost morale, and reduce costs on pipeline construction projects.
From clinical protocols to medical formularies, our systems are designed to supplement our client’s health and safety programs, provide top-tier medical care, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Remote and Challenging
Pipeline construction is inherently challenging work due to the remote locations of the projects, where medical services are often limited. We understand that these projects require specialized medical services designed for remote locations and demanding terrains. With the application of our industry leading Mobile Treatment Centers, our medics can proactively work to prevent occupational health issues and are frequently able to treat employees on-site without transferring them off the right-of-way.
Building Trust and Relationships
Our medics go above and beyond to build lasting relationships and trust with your employees while on the right-of-way. By administering frequent check-ups on their health, handing out water, making conversation, and learning their day-to-day, our medics are able to better understand the duties, needs, and the health of your workers. This boosts employee morale and empowers workers to feel more confident with addressing their medical needs so they can be assessed, treated, and deployed back to work sooner before they become larger problems.
By being on the right-of-way and handing out water, hydration packs, and electrolyte drinks, we build trust with the workers. They then come to us with their issues without the fear of losing their job which creates a much safer working environment for everyone. They’re also far less likely to be injured on the job or potentially injure someone else.

Pipeline Construction Company
Remote Medical International provides medical support for a premier pipeline construction firm recognized for its expertise in completing projects on time and under budget in extremely challenging conditions. We offer Advanced Life Support (ALS) capability to our client’s projects utilizing safety-trained paramedics. Our paramedics work from our 4×4 Mobile Treatment Centers (MTCs) in order to be positioned close to construction activities. As progress is made and the working site moves, our mobile solution allows the medical services to easily move with the project. This ensures immediate medical response for the workers, keeping them onsite and treating immediately for minor cases. Patients requiring more advanced treatment are transferred to the care of local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in accordance with the Medical Emergency Response Plan we have developed for each project location.
