What is the process for submitting an online application?

The online application process on average takes around 15 minutes to complete. You will answer a variety of questions that will establish if you meet the minimum qualifications for a particular role. Should you successfully meet the minimum requirements, you are encouraged to upload your resume and if applicable, your cover letter. Thoroughly review the entire process to ensure that you successfully submit your application with the required information.

What if I acquire new certifications and want to update my application for a specific positions?

Candidates may login to the career portal at any time and resubmit an updated resume.

What if I do not meet the minimum qualifications?

If you do not meet the minimum requirements for one particular position, we encourage you to visit our Career Portal and see if there are other opportunities that you do qualify for and apply to them.

When will I hear from a recruiter directly about my application?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to every applicant, and we only contact individuals directly whose candidacy is being pursued. Please remember to check the career portal for updates on your application process.

Additionally, we have some opportunities that we actively recruit on an on-going basis. We only review the candidates in a specific applicant pool if there is current project need. 

I had an interview and I haven't heard back yet...

Make sure to occasionally check the career portal for updates on the application and interview process. You can also send your recruiter a message requesting an update through the interview scheduler app. Finally, make sure to check your junk and spam mail. We would hate for you to have any important emails from Remote Medical accidentally filtered out. 

Employee Referrals

If you were referred to our company or to a specific position by a current Remote Medical International employee, please list their full name in the referral section of your application.  

Can I submit my CV or resume via email?

Due to security reasons, email attachments will not be opened or reviewed via our employment@remotemedical.com email account or any of our social media channels. In order to be considered, please submit your resume through our Online Career Portal.

I’m having technical issues with my online application...

Please click on the blue question mark icon at the bottom right side of the Remote Medical International Career Portal which says, “Click here for technical assistance.”
