HSE Offshore will now operate under Remote Medical International branding, finalizing the integration of the two companies in offshore medicine.

Seattle, May 28, 2019 – Remote Medical International finalized the branding transition of HSE Offshore in May, 2019, after acquiring the company to expand their offshore medicine capabilities in the North Sea.

Both companies worked in unison to ensure the brand transition was a smooth process for all employees at HSE Offshore and current clients.  Ruth Jones, now managing director of Remote Medical International’s operations in the UK, is proud of the testament that HSE Offshore built together and is looking forward to a new opportunity for growth for the two companies.

“We at Remote Medical International honor the HSE Offshore brand and are excited to expand our capabilities together,” said Wayne Wager, CEO Remote Medical International.

The unified company serves companies in offshore oil and gas, onshore oil and gas, mining, construction, and other industries that operate in remote and challenging environments.
